Week 3 Round Up: JOKERS, BEAVERS STAY PERFECT

Jokers 26  Warriors 0

The Jokers moved to 3-0 with a shutout of the Warriors.  After holding a slim 6-0 lead at halftime, the Jokers used their speed to put the game out of reach.  Chris Verstratten scored two TDs, with brothers Jason and Jeff adding one each.

Beavers 57 Redskins 0

The Beavers used 5 interceptions and touchdowns by 7 different players to cruise to a convinicing win over the expansion Redskins and remain perfect at 3-0.


Agents 33  Shock 9

The Agents handed the defending champs their second loss in three games with a big 33-9 win Mike Melo,  Gord Bailey, and Tagir Assimov scored majors in the victory.

Agents 35 Bruzers 17

The Agents carried momentum from their win over the Shock to upend the Bruzers 35-17 and kept pace with the Jokers and Beavers with the victory. Steve Koenig and Gord Bailey scored two touchdowns each in the win. 

Big Dogs 41 Bruzers 19

The Big Dogs stayed undefeated with a big win over the Bruzers.  QB Ryan Spartaro threw for two touchdowns and ran for another, while brother Adam Spataro added three majors. 

Eagles 17  Bandits 8

Coming off a tough one point loss to the Shock last week, the Bandits gave the Eagles a good run, but ended up falling just short once again.  Joey Neilzyrek paced the Eagles with two touchdowns.
