WEEK 4: BIG DOGS ON TOP GOING INTO BREAK

In a season that has seen some surprises,  there's no surprise with one team.  The Big Dogs are ruling the yard yet again going into the Thanksgiving break as the AFFL's lone undefeated team - sitting all alone in first place at 5-0.

The Dawgs have stayed perfect thanks to convincing wins in Week 3 and 4.   First up was a solid 34-16 win over the Bandits followed by an impressive 41-15 win over the Jokers.  The 4-time AFFL champs have served notice they are on the hunt for a fifth championship.

Not to be outdone, the defending champion Beavers are looking to cut the Big Dogs down to size and kept pace with the league leaders with two wins in Week 3.   After dropping a Week 2 championship rematch against the Agents,  the Beavers rebounded with a 31-0 whitewash of Team Green followed by a 33-6 win over the Warriors to move to 3-1.

These two teams will clash in another classic showdown when the league returns to play on October 16th.

Also sitting at 3-1 are the Agents, whose good vibes from the win over the Beavers were battered by the expansion Team 9 as the upstarts scored a surprise 24-21 win.   The Agents got back on track with a 24-15 win in Week 4 over the Bandits,  while Team 9 moved to 2-2 with a big 34-9 win over the Warriors.

Finally,  after getting mauled by the Big Dogs in Week 2, the Untouchables have recovered with two wins,  including a tough 30-28 win over the Jokers and a 26-6 win over Team Green to sit at 3-1 going into the break.
